Festival Contract

Click here for our 2017 Exhibitor Contract. We have an online contract again this year in the hopes that it will streamline our sign-up & payment processes. Please contact us at vendors@veggiefest.org with questions or concerns about the contract.

Volunteers Needed

The Richmond Vegetarian Festival is organized and run exclusively by volunteers. We couldn't make this festival happen without our volunteers. We hope that you'll join us!

All volunteers who sign up for a shift will receive a Vegetarian Festival Volunteer T-shirt and a $5 food coupon to use the day of the festival. (Returning volunteers who opt to re-use their shirts will receive $10 food options.)

Each volunteer shift entitles you to a $5 food voucher. If you opt to sign up for two shifts, you will get two vouchers, and so on. You'll notice that most shifts are 4 hours, however, a couple of our harder-to-fill spots require 2.5 - 3 hours and receive the same benefits. That's to ensure the maximum amount of participation.

Please consider joining our volunteer team!

Richmond Wildlife Center

Festival Charities

Richmond Wildlife Center

Every year the festival chooses a local charity to highlight. This year we chose the Richmond Wildlife Center. This organization is the first and only professional wildlife medical center in the Greater Richmond region providing veterinary and rehabilitative care to sick, injured and orphaned wildlife.

Bring a donation from the wish list at www.richmondwildlifecenter.org/support-us/wish-lists, or cash donations are always welcome. LAMB's Basket

LAMB's Basket

Also, don't forget to bring a can of vegetables to the Festival for the LAMB's Basket!

The LAMB's Basket is an emergency food pantry located in Lakeside serving the hungry of Henrico County.
